As an elementary school speaker, I was honored to speak at Holy Cross in Pennsylvania and share my message about building resilience to chase im.possible dreams. Over 250 elementary and middle school students were in attendance, and I was thrilled to see their engagement and enthusiasm throughout my IM.POSSIBLE school assembly.
One of the highlights of my visit was connecting with the students and making them laugh while inspiring them to never give up on their dreams. Mrs. McNichol, a 5th-grade teacher at Holy Cross, was kind enough to share her feedback, saying, “Eddie Cortes was great! He connected and engaged our students, made them laugh and most importantly inspired them.”
I am grateful to the staff at Holy Cross for inviting me to speak and for their warm hospitality during my visit. It was a joy to see the students’ faces light up as I shared my message of resilience and perseverance, reminding them that anything is possible if they believe in themselves and work hard towards their goals.
As an expert in delivering impactful school assemblies, I am dedicated to inspiring elementary and middle school students to reach for the stars and pursue their dreams. My visit to Holy Cross was a great reminder of the importance of empowering young minds to overcome challenges and never give up on their aspirations.
In conclusion, I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Holy Cross for allowing me to speak and share my message with their students. It was an honor to see the students’ engagement and enthusiasm, and I hope my message of building resilience will continue to inspire them to chase their dreams.

This mission is personal. As a middle schooler, Eddie stopped believing in himself. In fact, his negative self-view impacted his grades, relationships, choices, and ultimately his dreams.
