I’ve struggled with measuring up. Have you?

As a kid, I loved baseball. I wanted to play for the New York Yankees. (The best team ever!)

However, I was terrible at it. I could not catch, throw, or even hit the ball. I was so bad, that the little league I played for returned mother’s money.

Some people are naturally gifted, others have to work their craft, and yet some of us, including me, have no talent for the game I love.

I was so bummed that I was terrible at baseball that I gave up on it altogether.

Don’t make the same mistake. Maybe you are not physically built to play baseball. Maybe you were wired to coach it.

Don’t give up. Rethink your interests, discover your natural talent, and do not let what you CAN NOT do interfere with what you CAN DO.
